Matt stands as a visionary leader in the domain of analytics, driven by the conviction that business transformation requires both technology and people, and that the secret lies in bridging the gap between the two. This belief led him to establish Incite Analytics in 2010, quickly growing the company from an ambitious start-up to the trusted global partner it is today.

As the founder and chairman of Incite, Matt is currently immersed in early-stage business development and leadership coaching. In this role, he engages with major global brands across numerous industries, helping executive leaders move their companies forward. He cultivates a team of stand-out performers, guiding them with genuine care and mentorship, building a culture that allows Incite to deliver successful results, even when others have failed.

Matt is passionate about helping individuals discover the innate power of their minds and bodies, believing in the undeniable correlation between mental and physical health and the power of a positive mindset. He is a health and wellness enthusiast who enjoys the pursuit of new challenges with sports, cold plunges, lifelong learning, travel, and coaching his daughters through the sport of life. He is also a long-time volunteer basketball coach, a mentor to budding entrepreneurs, an active committee member and trustee for his daughters’ schools and church.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Michigan.
