Rita is a pioneering figure in the dynamic world of analytics. From her beginnings as a business analyst to her ascent as a customer-centric business leader, Rita has always had a gift for addressing broad and persistent business challenges through a unique data-centric methodology. She has been instrumental in helping Incite Analytics grow from a small team into a thriving company.

Currently, as the company’s COO, Rita is responsible for the overall operations of the company for Incite Analytics with emphasis on enabling growth and improvements with clients. Recognized for her capacity to empower people at every level of an organization, she excels in establishing enduring value for clients, including numerous Fortune 500 companies and prominent household brands.

In addition to her demanding job, Rita balances raising a large family, volunteering extensively in her children’s schools, coaching sports, and supporting her community through various initiatives. Additionally, Rita prioritizes her personal fitness, setting ambitious goals and inspiring others to do the same.

Rita holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Spalding University as well as a Master of Science in strategic finance and an MBA from Indiana University.
